RightShip’s GHG Emissions Rating enables users to select the most energy-efficient vessel, providing a commercially viable way for the shipping industry to address global emissions. Building on this, RightShip are partnering with the Australian Marine Environment Protection Association to develop a maritime emissions portal, which will enable ports and their stakeholders to measure air quality and changing air patterns throughout the port environs.
RightShip is a carbon-neutral organisation that also offers customers the ability to measure and offset the carbon emissions associated with their shipping activity.
In working with the SSI and its influential membership base, RightShip anticipates being part of an innovative working group that delivers practical and effective initiatives to achieve maritime industry sustainability by 2040.
