Transition Plan Taskforce unveils best practice climate disclosure frameworks

The Transition Plan Taskforce released the Disclosure Frameworks for corporate climate transition plans, aligning with globally recognised reporting frameworks and standards.

The Disclosure Framework builds on the global baseline of disclosures developed by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and draws on the work for the Glasgow Financial Alliance of Net Zero (GFANZ).
