The Government of Canada announced over $384 million in funding to strengthen marine safety. This funding is part of the next phase of Canada’s Ocean Protection Plan. Canada’s Ocean Protection plan sees the investment and collaboration of Indigenous People, industry, communities, academia and government to strengthen marine safety.
