International labour and human rights regulation related to onshore and offshore workers enters into force and is increasingly ratified

The fourth meeting of the Special Tripartite Committee (STC) of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) has been announced to take place at the ILO in Geneva from 19 to 23 April 2021.
Ahead of the meetings, the STC is accepting proposed amendments to the Code of the MLC, 2006, in accordance with Article XV of the Convention, deadline to be confirmed.
