The Government of Canada is investing over $3.1 million on 22 projects that aim to reduce the impact of underwater vessel noise.
These projects are funded through Transport Canada’s Quiet Vessel Initiative. They build on previous work that focuses on improving marine ecosystem safety, such as the Whales Initiative.
